On February 6, 2020, Manuli rubber industry group (MRI) and RYCO jointly announced that Manuli had completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the company. The total annual sales of the two enterprises after the merger is close to 500 million euro, and they will become the leaders in the global hydraulic and joint industry.
